This is a clean poly bag with enhanced cleanliness. We manage the particle (fine particle) control on the inner surface of the bag for each lot using a liquid fine particle measuring device (particle size of 2μ to 40μ), and it is used for packaging products that require high-level cleanliness. It complies with various testing standards of JP standards and international standards (USP, EP, CFR21, etc.). Additionally, we also offer DMF Type 3 registered products.

This is a clean type of resealable zipper bag that was previously considered impossible. It is produced in a clean room with a cleanliness level of ISO class 7 (class 10,000). Our new method ensures a very high level of cleanliness for the film's front and back, which has been the biggest drawback of conventional zipper bags. The innermost layer that comes into contact with the contents uses "additive-free polyethylene film," which has a proven track record from the manufacturer, resulting in significantly reduced bleed of additives and insoluble particles. Additionally, no adhesives are used for bonding the films, making it a completely new zipper bag that can be used in fields such as pharmaceuticals and electronic devices.
The raw material used is "additive-free low-density polyethylene raw material" that does not contain any additives.
